Natasha has made her way upstairs with the mark, acquiescing to his heavy, uncultured pawing as she extracts the pass key from his pocket. Step one, complete. She just needs the office code from him now - and that will be much more pleasurable for her.

After ascertaining that they’re certainly alone, she has him face down on the ground, the gun from the holster around her thigh pointed at his head. “Le code. Qu’est-ce que le code?” she demands in fast, furious French. As he babbles, barely comprehensible, she makes a sound of clear disgust. Let James get the code from him.

Two minutes later, and James made his excuses. Telling the men that he was talking to that he was heading up to their room to check on his wife, he made promises about meeting them for drinks later that he had no intention at all of keeping.

Three minutes later, and he was smirking to himself as he glanced around the hall before looking back at where she had the man pinned. “Is he not cooperating, my dear?” He asked, playing up their guise more for fun now than anything else. “Here, allow me.” Once he’s closer to her, he stoops down, his hand closes around the man’s throat. “Le code. Vous avez trois secondes pour me dire, avant que je écraser la trachée et nous avons simplement pirater la porte. Coopération vous serait utile de mieux, je vous assure.”

The man is squirming on the floor, and Natasha rolls her eyes at the greeting. “If he was co-operating, would he still be breathing?” she asks, before crouching next to him. The clever dress she’s worn rides up around her hips, but the press of her gun is far more compelling. “Et bien plus vite qu'il peut écraser la trachée, je peux avoir une balle dans le crâne, «bébé»." 

As the target burbles the code - translated readily as ‘1895’ - Natasha sighs. ”Essayez à nouveau.“
